I'm back with another brow product review :)
I've been into brow game these past two years, so I really love to try new brow products.
Today, I'll write a post about Milani Stay Put Brow Color in shade 05 Dark Brown.

PRODUCT REVIEW

As I said on the opening above, I've been into brow game these past two years. It's such a struggle for me finding the brow product that I really like. Hence, I really love trying out brow product! I have a combination skin tipe, always oily on my forehead, eyelid and nose. That's why I have an oily I brow and I really need a waterproof, oilproof and smudgeproof eye brow product. So far, my HG product is Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade. I love it 'cause the Dipbrow Pomade can do both job at filling and holding my eyebrow to stay in place.

So, when I know that Milani have their own version of Pomade, It really excites me! Since Milani always produce good product IMO :)




Actually, this product came with a blister packaging. But unfortunately I lost the picture that I captured in my camera, and I can't find the blister packaging anywhere when I retake all the pictures :(

The very first reason why I want to buy this product is because it came with a double ended brush. I already have several double ended brush, and I think, again, ABH have a great brow brush that did a perfect job for my eyebrow. But, I don't want to bring my ABH brush everywhere since it's expensive and I don't want to lose it. Lol~

The Milani brush is really good. It's not as good as ABH, of course, but I can fill and shape my eyebrow beautifully with it. It have a perfect thin brush that makes the application so easy and fast. The spooley also good and did the job well.




This Milani Stay Put Brow Color came in a glass jar with plastic lid. It have same feeling with ABH Dipbrow but this one is smaller. The funny part is because they stick the product information sticker on the lid, not on the bottom of the glass jar.


When I swatch on the back of my hand, I can feel they have thin consistency because I have to apply it over and over again to get the opaque and full color. They don't set quickly so I have more time to blend it perfectly.


When I apply on my eyebrow, it looks very nice. I can make a natural look and a very bold eyebrow look with it. What I don't really like is this Milani Stay Put Brow Color can not hold my eyebrow to stay in place (As you can see on the picture above, My eyebrow looks messy). I have to use brow gel again to make my eyebrow look more polished and neat.

The staying power is really good for my oily brows, It really stay put for about five to six hours. But I can see the end of my brows staring to fade after that.

CONCLUSION

I recommend this product if you want to try using pomade for the first time. It's good for practice since it's not too pigmented and don't dry and set quickly, you definitely can take more time to blend and make it perfect. Moreover, It's also came with a good brush!
